March 18, 2020 update
Dear Parents and Grade 12 Students,
We want to reach out and give you a bit of a Prom update. We honestly do not know anything and our situations are changing day to day, hour by hour. That being said, we strongly believe this will pass and that we will host a prom for our grads when we are able to.
For the next couple of weeks - we as an Executive will strategize as to how we can proceed with plans virtually (i.e. online & via email). Our hope is that we can keep the May 30 date. If not, we will reschedule and plan a great event.
Early thoughts are that we will look at gathering ticket orders (no payment) via email so that we can continue with planning, but please give us some time to figure out exactly how we should proceed. When we are able to give you information, we will. Check your email, and texts. The JP2 web page under the prom tab will be updated later this week.
We have set up a prom specific email account for all questions and correspondence. It is this one--> email@example.com
We appreciate your patience. Reassure your grads that we are committed to making this happen and believe that it is possible.
